Lumpia is an Indonesian food that is influenced by Chinese culture. There are various types of spring rolls. One of the famous types of Indonesian lumpia is lumpia Semarang. There are two types of spring rolls in Semarang, namely wet and fried. This time, we will discuss fried spring rolls. This typical Semarang souvenir has a delicious taste and a crunchy texture. There is a combination of savory and sweet flavors in the spring roll filling. The contents of spring rolls usually consist of bamboo shoots, carrots, bean sprouts, scrambled eggs, and chicken meat. Another characteristic of Semarang fried spring rolls is that they are quite large so they are satisfying and filling.
