Bakwan Sayur is often used as a snack or a friend to eat rice. The savory and crunchy taste is liked by everyone. Bakwan prices are also relatively cheap, and easy to make. It only requires flour, various kinds of vegetables and spices which are mixed into a dough and then fried.
Vegetables that are commonly used for bakwan mix are cabbage, beans, bean sprouts, carrots, or you can also add shrimp and anchovies to the mixture. Serve with cayenne pepper or your favorite chili sauce to make it more delicious.

Shrimp peeled, coarsely chopped - 150 grams
Cabbage, finely sliced - 100 grams
Chickpeas, finely sliced - 100 grams
Toge, lunch - 50 grams
Carrots, cut into matchsticks - 1 piece
A single egg
Green onions, coarsely chopped - 2 stalks

Celery leaves, finely chopped - 2 stalks
Oil for frying - to taste

Garlic - 3 cloves
Shallots - 5 grains
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
